MegabyteCoffee Remote Desktop allows you to invite a MegabyteCoffee technical support engineer to remotely connect to your computer to assist you with technical support.

Since you are performing the DIRECT and PRIVATE invitation, there is no security concern with opening a DIRECT and PRIVATE internet connection to our computer at MegabyteCoffee.com. Your Firewall will control the outbound connection to the invited port and IP on MegabyteCoffee's network.

A MegabyteCoffee technician must be ready to accept your remote support request, otherwise it may go unanswered. Go to the CONTACT page if you would like to schedule remote support, or contact MegabyteCoffee.

Once downloaded, simply open and start MCsupport.exe.exe. No installation is required.
